Born from a passion for elevated comfort and the spirit of community, The Flying Pig is more than a gastropub. Nestled in the heart of Blackwood, we marry traditional culinary techniques with locally sourced ingredients from NJ farms.
Our philosophy is simple: celebrate the unexpected. From our house-cured meats to our signature tap takeovers, every detail is crafted to offer a sanctuary for the modern gastronomist.
Wagyu beef blend, house-cured pork belly, aged sharp cheddar, and spicy pepper jam on a toasted brioche bun.
12-hour slow-cooked short ribs in local dark stout, served over heritage corn polenta and charred seasonal roots.
A curation of Jersey-made cheeses, house-made wild boar salami, and honeycomb from our own Blackwood apiary.
